Company Information
Our first property was purchased in February of 2002 and the company was incorporated in May of the same year. To date we have approximately 100 properties and growing.
The company was originally created for the purpose of providing a career opportunity for my wife, Sheila, after our son, Sammy, was born.
The immediate success of the company propelled additional property purchases to handle the demand for the type of housing we were providing.
There was a thirst from programs such as Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8), 1260 Housing Development Corp, Tag and low to middle income interest groups for quality housing. Our philosophy is to provide a quality of housing that we would take comfort in personally. The quality will be measured by the reactions of the prospective tenants as they drive up to the property and solidified once they walk into the door.
We are a primary supplier of single and multi family homes for individuals. We have properties located throughout the city of Philadelphia and in Delaware County, PA.
We currently provide:

- Third party property management
- Counseling/guidance for individuals in need of Housing Choice Voucher
- Program, 1260 Housing, Transitional Housing understanding
- Contact information to low income service providers
- Background and credit checks
- Tenant screening
